Inrub (Vulcanized Thermoplastic Compound)

Description

INRUB is a vulcanized thermoplastic compound, which has the combined performance characteristics between the elastic properties of rubber and plasticizing process-ability of a thermoplastic.

INRUB compounds can be designed to fulfill property requirement such as :

  • Resistance to high or low temperature
  • Resistance to solvent and/or chemical (ether, ketone, ester, alcohol, acid, alkaline, salt, hexane, etc.)
  • Weather resistance
  • High tear resistance
  • High impact strength
  • High elasticity
  • Good electrical properties
  • Good compression set

Application

INRUB is mostly used for applications such as seals for houseware, electrical appliances, automotive parts, tools, etc.
INRUB is easy to handle and suitable for various fabrication processes such as injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion.
INRUB can be easily processed on standard polyolefin equipment without further modification.

Packaging

INRUB is supplied in pellet form, in 25 kg PE bags in PP woven laminated paper bag as outer layer
Store in a cool and dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
